WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Wedding Photography Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

_____________________________, born on _________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider" or "Providers"),

and

____________________________________, born on ___________, (hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "Clients"),

each individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties," who agree as follows:

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 1.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of photography services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"), which include: 1.1.1. (A) Execution of the Agreement and reservation of the selected date for the Client’s wedding photography; (B) Discussion of the wedding day schedule. 1.1.2. Photography on the wedding day, ___________, 2025. The duration of the photography service shall be determined as per Clause 2.1.2. The final schedule shall be agreed upon no later than one week before the wedding date. 1.1.3. A digital medium containing a selection of edited photographs or a link for downloading the photographs. Based on Clause 2.1.2., the number of delivered images is as follows: 50 photos per hour for 1 hour, 90 for 2 hours, 130 for 3 hours, 170 for 4 hours, 210 for 5 hours, 250 for 6 hours, 275 for 7 hours, 300 for 8 hours, 325 for 9 hours, 350 for 10 hours, 375 for 11 hours, 400 for 12 hours, and 450 photos for a session exceeding 12 hours. 1.1.4. If requested, a pre-wedding photoshoot is available for an additional fee of $500 (five hundred USD). The date of the pre-wedding session will be subject to the Service Provider’s availability. 1.2. Photographs shall be delivered digitally (via an online gallery or download link) within 5 months from the wedding date. If requested, a digital medium with the images can be collected in central Vilnius (by prior arrangement) or sent to the Client’s specified address. The Service Provider is not responsible for postal service delays or quality issues.

2. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS 2.1. The total service fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement Fee") consists of three components: the Agreement Fee (Clause 2.1.1.), the Photography Fee (Clause 2.1.2.), and Additional Costs (Clause 2.1.3.): 2.1.1. Agreement Fee – $2,000 (two thousand USD). 2.1.2. Photography Fee (as per the terms of the Agreement): A) Up to 10 hours of photography – $2,100 (two thousand one hundred USD); B) Full-day coverage (ending no later than 12:00 AM) – $3,300 (three thousand three hundred USD); An additional fee of $300 (three hundred USD) per extra hour applies beyond the durations specified in A and B. The photography duration is measured from the first to the last photograph taken. 2.1.3. Additional Costs, which include travel expenses totaling $2,000 (two thousand USD), as well as any applicable entry, parking fees, or postal expenses. 2.2. Payment shall be made in two installments: 2.2.1. The Client shall pay the Agreement Fee (Clause 2.1.1.) no later than five days after signing this Agreement. Failure to make timely payment may render the Agreement void at the Service Provider’s discretion, with written notice to the Client. 2.2.2. The Client shall pay the Photography Fee (Clause 2.1.2.) and Additional Costs (Clause 2.1.3.) on the day of the wedding or, if paying via bank transfer, within three business days after the wedding date. 2.3. If the Agreement is terminated due to the Client’s fault, the Agreement Fee is non-refundable. 2.4. If the Agreement is terminated or cannot be fulfilled due to the Service Provider’s fault, the Service Provider shall refund the Agreement Fee and compensate the Client with an amount equal to the Agreement Fee. 2.5. If the Agreement is terminated due to unforeseen circumstances beyond either Party’s control (force majeure), both Parties shall be released from liability. 2.6. In the event of late payment, the Client shall pay a late fee of 0.02% per day (two-hundredths of a percent per day) of the total Service Fee (Clause 2.1.), upon the Service Provider’s request. 2.7. If the photographs are not delivered on time, the Service Provider shall pay the Client a penalty of 0.02% per day (two-hundredths of a percent per day) of the total Service Fee (Clause 2.1.), upon the Client’s request.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 3.1. The Service Provider agrees to: 3.1.1. Provide the Services to the Client as per the Agreement under the specified terms and fees; 3.1.2. Inform the Client promptly of any circumstances that may affect or prevent the fulfillment of the Services. 3.2. The Service Provider has the right to: 3.2.1. Receive full payment for the Services as long as the Agreement is executed properly; 3.2.2. Expect respectful and professional conduct from the Client and wedding attendees. 3.3. The Client agrees to: 3.3.1. Provide the necessary information and ensure proper conditions for the Service Provider to deliver the Services; 3.3.2. Notify the Service Provider of any issues that may affect service execution; 3.3.3. Pay the full Service Fee for the properly delivered Services.

4. COPYRIGHTS AND CLIENT CONSENT 4.1. The digital images and prints, if any, become the Client’s property. 4.2. Images may be reproduced only for personal use, personal websites, and family or friends’ copies. 4.3. The Client agrees not to edit, apply filters, or alter the images in any way. 4.4. The Client agrees to: 4.4.1. Confirm the final schedule, locations, and timeline with the Service Provider in advance; 4.4.2. Allow sufficient time for photography to achieve results consistent with the Service Provider’s portfolio; 4.4.3. Be responsible for informing the Service Provider about guests they wish to be photographed with; 4.4.4. Inform the Service Provider in advance if videographers will be present at the event. 4.5. The Service Provider is not responsible for missed photographs due to absent guests or uncooperative subjects. 4.6. The Client guarantees that the Service Provider is the exclusive wedding photographer. Other photographers and videographers must cooperate and not obstruct the Service Provider’s work. 4.7. Requests and preferences are accepted only directly from the Client. 4.8. RAW/NEF/DNG files are not provided; only fully edited high-resolution JPG images are delivered. 4.9. Clients agree / do not agree (underline) that the Service Provider may publish or showcase their photographs, without violating laws or the Clients' honor and dignity." If the Clients agree to the publication of their photographs, a preview of 10-20 images will be provided electronically within two weeks from the photography date.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS 5.1. This Agreement becomes effective when signed by both Parties or exchanged electronically. 5.2. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and discussions between the Parties. 5.3. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both Parties. 5.4. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the competent courts of Lithuania. 5.5. Personal data in this Agreement shall not be disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for execution or legal compliance.
